The Claiborne Middle School Bulldogs got up 12-0 on Eagleton and with less than two minutes left in the first half both teams were told to leave the field due to lightning. The two teams never got back on the field and Claiborne had their first win of 2021. The two scores were courtesy of Hunter Gibson and his explosive running. The Claiborne defense gets a big nod as well. They started with a couple offsides penalties and settled down to pitch a shut out.
