Claiborne High School and Middlesboro High met on the pitch, August 26 at Claiborne High School. The Lady Bulldogs found the net early and often and finished the game with a 9-2 victory.
Leading the way for Claiborne was Brooke Buchanan and Taylor Pressnell both with hat tricks (three goals). Pressnell also had one assist. Haley LeBert had two goals and one assist. Riley Kiefer had a single goal. Mollie Bolton had three assists. Abby Yeary had four saves.
It was a great effort for the Lady Bulldogs who are now 2-0 on the season.
