September 3 was the fifth day of the Claiborne County Fair and it was all about the antique tractors and paying tribute to Marvin Watkins who led successful tractor pulls at the CC Fair for 32 years. After the National Anthem there was a moment of silence for Marvin in front of the pulling track that now holds his name. Enjoy the memories courtesy of The Zone’s marketing partners. -AE
