The H.Y. Livesay Eagles basketball teams won all four games, October 26 against the Clairfield Eagles. The first game was the JV Lady Eagles and they won 22-5. Leading H.Y. in scoring was Allie Owens with 12, Amelia Smith had eight and Peyton Owens had two. Clairfield was led by Haven Tolliver with four and Brooke Partin had one point. The halftime score was 14-0.
The JV boys played next and H.Y. won 46-0. Leading them in scoring was Koalton Cupp with 14. Three other Eagles scored six including Bryson Green, Emmitt Butler and Alex Booth. Cason Adams, Bryson Gibson and Noah Fultz each dropped in four points. Jacob Tinnel had two points.
The next game was the varsity girls game. H.Y. won this one 59-0. Brinkley Hollin scored 12 and Jaylee Hayes had 10. Jayla Bailey had nine, Abby Peters and Izzy Helton had six. Allie Fortner, Morgan Martin and Jenna Middleton all had four each. Kelly Hatfield and Karlie Johnson both finished with two points.
The final game was the varsity boys and H.Y. won this one 49-11. Brady Harris had 14, Jonathon Wilder had 13, Jed Bailey along with Eli Reed had six, Kole Carter and Gavin Bridges both had three points. Cole Honeycutt as well as Grayson Cook dropped in two points each.
Clairfield was led by Bryson Ballard with eight and Andrew hicks with three points. The score at the half was 32-6.
