Soldier’s Memorial Middle and Forge Ridge played basketball, October 26, with the Lady Blue Devils coming out on top with a 21-8 victory. They led at the half 12-6 and went on to get the “W”.
SMMS was led by CJ Hatfield with seven points while two other Lady Blue Devils had six each, Emma Ferguson and Jaylnn Brooks. Tayleigh Stansberry added a basket to the total.
The Lady Dragons were led by Ryleigh Sturgill with six points and Azailiah Petty with two points.
