The Claiborne High Bulldogs started slow at home against Greeneville, March 14. Claiborne gave up five first-inning runs to a very good Green Devils team before settling down and playing better baseball. They lost the contest 8-1. Claiborne scored one run on three hits and committed two errors while Greeneville had eight runs on five hits and had one error.
