March 10- Claiborne hosted Lakeway for their soccer home opener and from the warmups, Bulldogs fans were worried. Keeper, Tyler Deane reached for a ball, and it bent his arm in an awkward position and separated his shoulder. Deane said he felt no pain while being still; however, he was sent via ambulance to Claiborne Medical Center. Stepping up in net was Corbin Whitaker and he was bombarded with shots from the start. This was a great Lakeway team, well coached, and they found the net seven times in the first and twice in the second to ruin the opener, 9-0.
Claiborne’s 2025 Bulldogs soccer team consists of Tyler Deane, Corbin Whitaker, Aiden Roark, Alex Goldston, Daymein Schultz, Carlos Lozano, Bruce Ivey, Garrett Carroll, Nataniel Sweet, Jaime Serrano, Trey Davis, Elijah Bolden, Kaden Paulk, Braxton Stubblefield, Ilijah Ford and Anderson Gilley. They are coached by Joseph Gonzalez.
