March 11- Claiborne hosted Cumberland Gap on the baseball diamond and grabbed the lead late only to see the Panthers rally when Pearman battled at the plate and hit the go-ahead RBI single that gave the Panthers a 10-9 lead. The Gap needed three outs in the bottom of the seventh and got just that from Kole Carter on the mound. Carter finished a game that Tate Murphy was strong and pitched well in. Coach Hatmaker picked Murphy for The Sports Center Player of the Game.
