April 23- Claiborne High and Knox Central, Kentucky played softball on a sunny, but gusty evening at CHS. It was senior night and Allie Jones started in the circle and pitched outstanding. She walked three, struck out 10, gave up no runs and most importantly, gave up no base hits. At the plate, Jones hit a triple, Brinkley Hollin hit a double, Erica Keck and Maddie Ferguson each had an RBI and Jaycee Hall had two RBI. Before the game, the senior players were celebrated: Kate Combs, Erica Keck, Allie Jones and Maddie Ferguson as well as manager Shaileigh Wright. The Walker and Walker Construction Player of the Game was Allie Jones.
