SMMS traveled across Fonde Mountain to play Clairfield in four games of basketball. During the JV girls game SMMS won 20-6. Leading SMMS was Emma Ferguson with 10, Tayleigh Stansberry had six and Ella Poore along with Leah Sandufer both scored two each. Clairfield was led by Haven Tolliver who scored all six.
During the JV boys game, SMMS won 34-9. Mason Helton led the Blue Devils with 12, Eric Ferguson had 10, Braiden Grimm and Braden Ford both had six each. Clairfield was led by Connew Monday with three, Elijah Luke, T. Lowe and T. Jones with two points each.
The Lady Blue Devils varsity team won 21-6. Jossilyn Robbins led with eight points, Emma Ferguson had seven and Carlie Laprade had six. Aaliyah Ballard led the Lady Eagles with six, Brooke Partin and Olivia Ulrich both dropped in one point.
The boys game also went to SMMS as they won 38-21. The Blue Devils were led by Eric Ferguson with nine, Aiden Roark had eight, Kayden Lovin and Chris Ford both had six, Jaxon Mundy had three, Mason Helton and Jayden Meyers had two each. Andrew Hicks led Clairfield with 10 and Bryson Ballard had nine. Conner Monday and Lucas Hamblin had one each.
