The 2021 Claiborne Middle School Devils softball team played hard today in the district tournament but ended with a loss to Clinton and a third place finish.
Coach Mike Hollin said this about his team and their season, “We played young at times only having two eighth graders. We are young. We fought hard and we got better as the season progressed and never gave up. We finished 6-6 in the district, third in the tourney with the youngest team in the district. I’m very proud of this team.”
