Forge Ridge and Springdale met on the hardwood in the Dragons den, November 16. The Lady Dragons defeated Springdale in junior varsity action, 12-3. Forge Ridge led at the half 12-3. Leading the Lady Dragons in scoring was Ryleigh Sturgill with eight points. Azailiah Petty and Jaelyn Powers had two each. Springdale’s leading scorer on the night was Lily Hudson with two and Bella Cadle had one.
Game two was the JV boys game and Springdale won it 30-12. Xavier Nickell and Blake Colbert both had six for the winning Owls. Will Compton had five, Preston Honeycutt had four, Robby Wilmoth had three, Emery Keiter and Jack Chitthem both had two points. Forge Ridge was led by Kanaan Adams with seven and Joseph Petty with five.
During the girls varsity game, Springdale took a very close victory at 47-46. Jacey Ferguson led the Lady Owls with 15 and two others dropped in 12 including Chloe Cupp and Graci Cupp. Emily Buchanan and Olivia Rowland both scored four points. The Lady Dragons were led by Graci Barton with a game high 27 points. Macy England had eight, Kaydence Daniels and Brinley Pendleton both had four points. Maybree Collingsworth had two and the total was completed with a single point from Briley Colinger. Springdale led at the half 20-18.
During the final game of the night, Forge Ridge boys defeated Springdale, 46-23. Gabriel Daniels led the Dragons with 12, Colton Jones dropped in nine, Austin Michael along with Cole Adams and Gavin Surber all had six points. Gavin Barton had four and Jep Wilkins had three. The Owls were led by Drew Epperson and Chace Robinette both with six, Owen Medlin and Isaiah Cadle both had five points. Owen Stone completed the total with a single point.
