The H.Y. Livesay Eagles played Hancock, January 14. On a night where the eighth graders were honored, the Lady Eagles rolled to a comfortable 49-25 victory after leading at the half, 25-6. Two Lady Eagles scored 12 points each to lead Livesay: Jenna Middleton and Brinkley Hollin. Jayla Bailey wasn’t that far behind with 11 and Jaylee Hayes dropped in 10. Jaelynn Jones scored two and Izzy Helton added two points to the total as well. Hancock was led ion scoring by Caylin Seal with nine points.
