2021-2022 Eagles
The Eagles of H.Y. Livesay battled Soldier’s Memorial Middle School, January 19, at Claiborne High. It was the district tournament’s opening round, and the Eagles took little time throwing points on the board. H.Y. led 23-9 at the half and went on to win 43-21. Leading the Eagles in scoring was Jonny Wilder with 16 points and he also had five rebounds. Brady Harris had a double-double with 14 points and 15 rebounds. Kole Carter had eight, Jed Bailey had three and Grayson Cook dropped in two points. The Blue Devils were led by Kris Ford with nine, Eric Ferguson had six, Aden Roark along with Kaden Lovin and Jayden Meyers each had two points.
