The Forge Ridge Lady Dragons basketball team played Washburn in the district tournament, January 20. The Lady Pirates took the win by the final score of 33-30. The Lady Dragons battled back from being down 15-8 at the half to make this a very close game. Washburn’s Ebony Hill was outstanding as she dropped in 20 points to lead her team in scoring. Gracie Barton played great and scored 18 to lead Forge Ridge. Brinley Pendleton had four, Kaydence Daniels and Macy England both scored three and Maybree Collingsworth completed the total with two points.
