Claiborne fell to Greeneville twice but rebounded against Jefferson County.
The Jefferson County game was a good one. Allie Cosby was 1 – 3 at the plate with two timely RBI. She drove in the game tying and go ahead (game winning) runs in the home half of the 6th inning.
Emma Myatt came out of her hitting slump going 2 – 3 with two RBI and Lillie Cox pitched six great innings striking out eight while walking three. Gave up five runs with only two of those being earned. She also added an RBI on a SAC. Allie Jones also had a two hit night. 2 – 3 with an RBI. Provided by Coach Justin Cox
