Lady Panthers one win away from claiming first state championship

The Cumberland Gap Lady Panthers soccer team has made it to the state championship final game against Merrol Hyde after taking down the hometown school Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Lady Panthers defeated CSAS 3-0 in the Class A Semifinal matchup for girls’ soccer. With the win, they move on to play Merrol Hyde in the State Championship Game Saturday at 4:00.

Stats from the semifinal game:
Aly Ramsey had two goals and one assist.
Allyson Brock had one goal and one assist.
Brianna Goins had one assist.
Breanna Mason had 11 saves.
Allyson Brock earned the First Century Bank Player of the Game honors. Congratulations Allyson!
