The H.Y. Livesay junior varsity boys and girls played basketball against Forge Ridge, November 28.
The Lady Eagles defeated the JV Lady Dragons 34-18. Leading Livesay in scoring was Allie Owens with 23, Ava Fuson had six and Amillya Smith had five. Leading the Lady Dragons in scoring was Ryleigh Sturgill with 16 and Makinley Wilson had two points.
The Eagles won against Forge Ridge 28-12 in the JV boys contest. Leading Livesay in scoring was Kanan Adams with nine, Emmitt Butler had six, Bryson Gibson had four and four other players had two including Cooper Brock, Chandler S., Colin Killion and Hudson Cadle. Sawyer Wallace had one point. The Dragons were led by Max Collingsworth and Joseph Petty both with four points. Lucas Tenay and Trey Patterson had two points each.
