As if there were any doubt, the 2022 Cumberland Gap Lady Panthers soccer team is The Zone’s Team of the Year as presented by Sycamore Creek Construction & Renovation. This team was coached by Lorri Kimbrough and they were champions along each step of the way: regular season, district and region but unfortunately, fell just one game short of a state championship. The Zone’s Team of the Year is the State Runner-Up Cumberland Gap Lady Panthers soccer team. The Team members included: Chloe Miracle, Bella Watson, Kedra Hare, Katie Lawson, Lizzie Figueroa, Jenna Younts, Carlie Napier, Lexie Weaver, Gracyn Raby, Makinley Miracle, Alana Stallworth, Abigail Booth, Abby Welch, Pierce Taylor, Hailey Smallwood, Brianna Goins, Nevaeh Collins, Monserrat Cristobal, Breanna Mason, Kayden Ramsey, Allyson Brock, Aftan Payne, Abbie Mayfield, Natalie Johnson, Aly Ramsey, Kara Ramsey and Gina Gomez. They were coached by Lorri Kimbrough, Kristen Napier, Jesee Kimbrough, Rachel Kimbrough and the AT was Mara Brock. They were managed by Von Orr.
