July 1- Tazewell City Park hosted a CARS benefit car show that helped raise funds for the Claiborne Medical Center and its new addition including a new CT scan unit.
Betsy Maples from the Claiborne Medical Center provided this statement following the event, “Claiborne Medical Center thanks the Claiborne Auto and Rod Shows team and the car show participants today for their generous donations to the hospital foundation today. We don’t have a total yet, but this donation will go to the foundation for hospital projects and equipment like the new CT scanner that we’ll receive this fall.”
