New Tazewell Little League closes down regular season, June 5. With video.

The 2021 New Tazewell Little League regular season came to a close, June 5. It was a day set aside to reward the kids for a great season of baseball.

For many young athletes it was the last game but for a select few there will be an all star season to play and post season play. Some softball teams will have a few more games to play as well.

C.J. Bolden is the President of the league and he had this to say about the season, “It’s been a great year and the kids had a great time. We have to thank all the sponsors and volunteers. Some of the kids will join all star teams and keep playing. I’m excited to see what they will do this year.”

Hundreds of players, parents and baseball fans walked around the three ball fields today and there were inflatables, shaved ice and action photos being taken during the games for a complete day of baseball fun.
