CHS camp participants
The Claiborne High School and Midway Elementary School cheerleading teams participated in cheer camp this week. Staff members from the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) provided instruction over a three day period including new cheers, sidelines, stunting skills, and team bonding.
Amy Brooks Munsey had this to say about the successful camp. “Our team goal this year was to focus more on crowd-appealing game material. Rather than putting all our energy into one floor routine, we want every time out to have a pep-rally atmosphere.”
