Claiborne High hosted Greeneville, December 7 and the boys’ varsity took the loss. The score was 43-22 at the half with the Green Devils leading and they went on to win big, 86-53. Leading the Green Devils in scoring was Jakoby Gillespie with a game leading 25. Claiborne was led in scoring by Ethan Cupp with 15. Levi Peoples had 12, Tyler Myatt had nine, Landen Wilson and Zack Bailey had six, Evan Thomas had three and George Smith had two. As of yet, there have been no JV games or varsity girls scores sent in.
