SMMS junior varsity girl’s defeated Springdale 15-6 during game one, December 2. Emma Ferguson and Ily Webb led the Lady Blue Devils with four points each. Lailah Nunn and Haley Martin both dropped in two points and Tayleigh Stansberry had a single point to complete the total. Bella Cadle and Olivia Rose scored the Lady Owls only points.
During the varsity game, Springdale won 41-27. Jacey Ferguson led the Lady Owls with 13 and Avalynn Cook had 11. Graci Cupp had eight. Hope Cole had three and three others scored two points each: Chloe Cupp, Emily Buchanan and Maci Short. SMMS was led by Emma Ferguson with 10, Carlie Laprade with eight, Jossilyn Robbins with five, Alyssa Daniels with four and Jalynn Brooks with two.
