Powell Valley traveled to Washburn to play three games, won two

The first game of three, November 30, between Powell Valley and Washburn was the junior varsity boys. Powell Valley won the game, 20-17. Leading the Indians in scoring was Luke Lloyd with six, Colby Weaver had five, Hunter Ellison had four, Korbin Goins had three and Braden Lane had two. Gavin Kincaid led Washburn with seven points, Nolan Harville Had four, Bryson Clay had three, Tate Clay had two and Isaac Angelos had one point.

During the varsity girls’ game, Washburn won 36-10. Zoey Nelson had eight points and Savannah Medley completed the Lady Indians total with two points. The Lady Pirates was led by Ebany Hill with 17 points. Taylie Proffitt had 11, Abigail Epperson had four and Hannah Williams also dropped in four.

The varsity boys’ game was a close one and the Indians won 48-44. Kolton Goins was the man of the night as he led the Indians with 26 points. Braydon Boys had 10, Colby Weaver had six as did Hunter Ellison. Leading the Pirates was Matthew Harville with 16, Dillion Mullins had 10, Dacyn Cornett had six as did Justin Bailey and to complete the total was Landry Coffey with five.
