Blake Hopper
The inaugural “The Zone” educator of the month award winner presented by Randall Smith is Blake Hopper, TNT Primary School Librarian.
“There is a long list of ways “Mr. Blake” contributes to our wonderful school. He spends long hours making sure the library is just right for the students. Collaboration with the teachers is very important to him, as he wants the library to support their curriculum. He attributes to the positive environment of our school by keeping the school webpage up to date and user friendly, he is our go-to guy for all things graphics. He is one of our after-school program site coordinators, yearbook editor, and serves on the TASL (Tennessee Association of School Librarians) as past president, is a district enrichment teacher leader, and most recently secured enough donations so that all students at TNT Primary will be able to purchase a book at our spring book fair.”- Suzanne Anders
