Claiborne baseball falls by one run to Cherokee

The Claiborne Bulldogs baseball team lost a heartbreaker, April 25, against Cherokee. The Chiefs three-run seventh was just enough for them to secure the victory. Errors plagued the Bulldogs as they committed four on the night. Sunny Smith and Tyler Myatt both hit homeruns for the Bulldogs. The Sports Center Player of the Game was Sunny Smith who pitched six innings, gave up four hits, had two earned runs, struck out 10 plus homered. Congratulations Sunny!
