The Zone’s First Responder of the Month as presented by Randall Smith is Ruthie Tolliver of Claiborne County Emergency Medical Services.
Sheila Campbell was one of many that nominated Ruthie and she offered this quote, “Ruthie is a hard worker and has a heart to help people. She is spunky and determined. She has kept going though the tough time her family has been through. She will move mountains.”
