Springdale and Powell Valley battled in a girls contest, November 7. The Lady Indians defeated the Lady Owls in a close game 19-16. Mckenna Powers led Powell Valley with eight points. Cabella Duverney finished with four points. Megan Weaver had three, Madison Medley had two, Gabbi Bean and Savannah Medley both scored one point. Maci Short led Springdale in scoring with eight. Kinsley Hayes had three, Jocelynn Essary along with Bella Cadle had two and Delaney Nickell scored one point.
The Volunteer Golf Carts Players of the Game were Mckenna Powers and Maci Short. Congratulations Mckenna and Maci!
