April 3 – Cumberland Gap traveled down to Union County High School to battle the Red Devils of Horace Maynard on the soccer pitch. It was a back-and-forth match with the home team scooting by the Panthers to take a 3-2 victory.
The 2023 Middle School Panthers feature Brogan Mace, Rylen Boughton, Alex Booth, Maverick Gore, Cason Adams, Colson Shell, Chandler Spickard, Benson Hensley, Jacob Jordan, Caleb Conley, Aiden Hall, Aiden Peters, Will Compton, Jacob Webb, Noah Fultz, Gage Bridges, Alex Goldston, Leevi Goins, Levi Williamson, Hunter Ellison, Hunter Sturgill, Hudson Cadle, Cooper Brock, Garrett Carol and Adan Smith. They are coached by Lorri Kimbrough, Ian Gore and Jesee Kimbrough.
The JV team members include John Claiborne, Maverick Gore, Jacob Webb, Chandler Spickard, Brogan Mace, Cooper Brock, Adan Smith, Alex Booth, Rylen Boughton, Gage Bridges, Caleb Conley, Blaine Younce, Mateo Perdomo and Hudson Cadle.
