Lady Panthers soccer comeback falls one goal short

September 5- Cumberland Gap hosted Morristown East on the soccer pitch but the home team fell 2-1 despite making a comeback and playing well defensively. The non-district loss gives the coaches a good indication of what needs to be worked on as they continue district play. The single Lady Panther goal belonged to Katie Lawson. The next three games will loom large and important as they will play Chuckey-Doak, Elizabethton and rival Claiborne.
