December 12- Cumberland Gap battled the Lady Grizzlies on the hardwood and took victory in varsity play, 40-35 but lost in junior varsity action. In varsity play, Emrey Glover led the Lady Panthers on the scoreboard with 19 points. Hayden Beeler dropped in eight. Brynlee Foster had seven and two others had three points each, Gracie Nash and Jenna Middleton. Adison Hayes led Grainger with 14, Addison Brickley had nine, Ava Dellinger had six, McKinley Mills had five and Jaylee Hayes had one. The Nichole Goins, Heartland Real Estate Player of the Game was Emrey Glover.

In JV play, Grainger won 40-29. Abrie Nickels had 12 and Cora Dalton had nine. For Cumberland Gap, Gracie Barton had 15, Jayla Bailey had six, Jenna Middleton had three, Abby Peters had two and Kelly Hatfield threw in five points.
