The Reece Monument Company Female Athlete of the Year is Jacey Ferguson. Jacey, a three-sport athlete at Claiborne High School, was named All-District in both softball/tournament and volleyball. Ferguson is a great competitor on the field or court and a wonderful person and student off the field as well. The runner up goes to Hayden Beeler from Cumberland Gap Lady Panthers basketball.
