Elevation Physical and Occupational Therapy has re-signed with Claiborne County Sports Zone. Elevation is providing the standard of care throughout the Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia communities. They have offices in Middlesboro, Kentucky at 1510 Cumberland Avenue Middlesboro, Kentucky 40965 and in New Tazewell at 432 South Broad Street in New Tazewell, Tennessee 37825. They offer physical therapy following sports injuries, falls, back injuries, stroke care, strength training and much more. They help local high schools through the use of interns and even help provide athletic trainers to area high schools. Elevation supports nearly all sports teams and are very active in the community.
