Girl student of the month; I am nominating Lexie Weaver from Powell Valley Middle School. Lexie always has a positive attitude and works hard for her teachers. She has all the qualities of a good student. She is respectful, hard working, comes to class, and pays attention to her teachers. I admire Lexie’s behavior in and out of the classroom. She is polite to her classmates, the cooking staff, and always asks me for permission to get a napkin or spoon or whatever it is that she is needing. This may seem small, but it shows character and respect and that is a quality that her teachers says that she shows in the classroom as well.
