The H.Y. Livesay Eagles played Lake City and Washburn, November 22-23 and were able to win both games. Up first were the varsity Eagles against Lake City and they won 50-29. Leading the Eagles was Brady Harris with 16, Neil Bunch had 11, Kole Carter had 10, Johnny Wilder had seven and Jed Bailey dropped in four, Eli Reed had two. Lake City was led by Justin Bunch with 12 and Josh Vowell with seven.
The Eagles then tipped it off against the Pirates of Washburn and won that game 46-30. Leading the Eagles in scoring was Johnny Wilder with 15, Neil Bunch with 11, Eli Reed and Brady Harris both with nine and rounding out the scoring was Jed Bailey with a basket. Washburn had four players with six points including Mullins, Harville, Cornett and Clay.
