Aly Ramsey #25
Many female athletes were deserving of The Zone Female Athlete of the Year, Presented by Reece Monument Company. Aly Ramsey stood out as an amazing athlete on the soccer pitch this season. She had 46 goals and 27 assists and was the state leader on Max Preps in points, goals and assists for the year.
Ramsey scored her high school career 100th goal this season and was All District, All Region and named to the Tennessee Soccer coaches All State Team.
Aly was also named the District-3A Player of the Year in the spring as she was the team captain of the Knoxville Reds Club soccer team scoring 31 goals with 12 assists. Her club team won the “Bash in the Boro” (Murfreesboro tournament), D2 Tennessee State Cup Champs, 2021 US Youth Soccer South Regionals, President Cup Champs 2021 and National Presidents Cup Final Four.
Ramsey is a member of the Key Club, Panther Peers and National Honors Society. Aly is also active in the Praise Group from her church. She volunteers to referee with the local AYSO region and helps to train the younger players.
