Dr. Jessica Minton is a native of Claiborne County and serving her community has always been one of her long-time personal goals. She graduated from Claiborne County High School and proceeded to receive her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from East Tennessee State University. She then attained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Minton pursued public health in the East Tennessee Health Department system where she developed a love of treating patients of all ages. She then made the decision to enter private practice and opened Minton Family Dental Care. Dr. Jessica Minton is an active member of the Tennessee Dental Association, the American Dental Association, 2nd District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition to her dental training, Dr. Minton completed advanced education through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in the areas of Botox and dermal fillers.
