15 year old Korbin Hatfield harvested a nice tom, May 1. The bird weighed 20 pounds, had a 9-3/4 inch beard and 3/4 inch spurs.

The middle school baseball conference standings were as follows. 1-Union 2-Clinton 3-Northview 4-Rutledge 5-Gap 6-Claiborne 7-Campbell County. Union County got first round bye.
