Aly Ramsey and the Lady Panthers took part in a tournament last weekend and finished second in their division. Ramsey was key for Cumberland Gap as she scored seven goals. This award is more for her excellence during the tournament than an individual game. Congratulations Aly !

Claiborne defeated Cherokee in soccer August 30 at Claiborne High. The Lady Bulldogs won 8-1 behind the efforts of Taylor Pressnell with three goals and two assists, Haley LeBert with two goals and assists, Brooke Buchanan with two goals and Allie Jones with a single goal.
