Kylie and Abby Fultz of Cumberland Gap attended Tennessee state 4-H round up at the University of Tennessee Martin this week where they represented Claiborne County 4-H in receiving the Commitment to Service award. The state gives this out recognizing a county’s program for impeccable service.
