Cumberland Gap comes alive in second half and defeats Mo East, Breanna Mason Player of the Game

 

 

Cumberland Gap defeated Morristown East 7-2, September 7.

Amelia Serrenho had one goal, Carlie Napier one goal,  Alana Stallworth one assist, Abby Welch one goal, Brianna Goins led with three goals, Allyson Brock one assist and Aly Ramsey had one goal and one assist. Breanna Mason had 14 saves.

Coach Lorri Kimbrough said this about the game, “The score doesn’t tell the story. We led 2-1 at the half and then they tied the game in the second half before we stepped up and came alive to put five unanswered goals in to win 7-2.”

For her efforts in the net, Breanna Mason is the FCB Player of the Game.
