Claiborne’s Lady Bulldogs played Seymour, February 8. Claiborne, once again, struggled to score the basketball. They were down 33-9 at the half. The Lady Bulldogs tried to rally back in the third period, but outscoring Seymour 14-7 wasn’t enough, and they fell by the final score of 51-27. Allie Jones led CHS in scoring with eight, Emma Myatt and Taylor Pressnell both had seven, Hannah Fugate had three and Hailey Sexton finished with two. Emma Watson scored 11 to lead Seymour in scoring.
