The Zone ‘s First Responder of the Month, presented by Randall Smith, is Eric Fraley of the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Department. He was nominated by the Randall Smith family.
Smith talked about Fraley, “He has worked approximately eight to 10 years and is responsible for a lot of the drug confiscation in Claiborne County.”
