The Zone’s Student’s of the Month as presented by McDowell Gear & Machine are two girls from Midway.
The first is Kassie Williams from second grade. Kassie was nominated by Tina Watson and Megan Williams. This quote was provided, “Kassie is deserving of this award because she works hard in and out of class. She worked hard designing our new school t-shirts, and she keeps up her grades even while participating in extracurricular activities. Congratulations Kassie!
The second is Olivia Goodman from fifth grade. She was nominated by the fifth-grade teachers at Midway. This quote was provided, “She is a well-rounded student, has leadership qualities and a great personality. Olivia keeps her grades up and is always positive. Congratulations Olivia!
