Hancock won the junior varsity girl’s game 16-5. Leading the Hancock Lady Indians was Tagan Cooper with eight. Four others completed the total with two each including Payton Lawson, Kenzie Morris, Langley Bryant and Lexi Parada. Powell Valley was led by C. Duverney with three and A. Hawkins with two.
During the JV boy’s game, the Hancock Indians won 25-20. Eli Jones led Hancock with nine, Deagan Combs had six, Gage Stewart had four as did Jacob Keaton. Zylar Riley completed the total with two. Hunter Ellison had seven to lead Powell Valley. Luke Lloyd had four as did Colby Weaver. Braydon Lane had three and Korbin Goins had two.
Hancock won the varsity girl’s game 28-3. Leading Hancock in scoring was Zoe Pyne with 10. Zayah Riley with eight. Caylyn Seal with five, Addi Hill with four and Payton Lawson with one. Powell Valley was led by Megan Weaver with all three points.
The varsity boy’s game was the final one of the night and Powell Valley lost a close one 33-31. Leading Hancock was Isaiah Christian Foder with 13 points. Griffen Wallen had six along with Riley Johnson. Gage Stewart had four. Nason Delph and Conner King completed the total with two each. Powell Valley was led by Kolton Goins and Braydon Boyd both with 14. Hunter Ellison completed the total with three.
