The Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs hosted Seymour, December 14.
The first game was the girl’s varsity game and a great Seymour team took it to the Lady Bulldogs. The visitors led 41-11 at the half and won the game 63-35. Kaylyn Jarvis led Seymour with 25 points, Emma Watson had 13 and Kaylen Schultz had 10. Leading Claiborne in scoring was Emma Myatt with nine points, Hannah Fugate had seven, Jordan Fultz had four, Ily Bussell had three, Hailey Sexton and Madison Ferguson both had two.
During the boy’s game, Claiborne had 30 points at the half and went on to win 79-54. Levi Peoples scored 20 to lead the Bulldogs. Seth Morelock finished with 16, Zack Bailey and Ethan Cupp both had 11. Landen Wilson finished with seven, Tyler Myatt had six, Josh Bolton and Evan Thomas both dropped in four to complete the total. Cam Soulages led Seymour with 13 points.
